She’s a licensed Social Worker, Narcan Trainer, Life and Substance Abuse Recovery Coach, Podcaster, Substance Abuse & Parental Substance Abuse. JS Self-Care provides services to victims so that they are not susceptible to being abused again, and consultations in other areas that they may be struggling. Janell wrote the book "The Hard Truths About Self-Care" (available on Amazon.) We discuss the techniques she utilizes to help her clients overcome DV, SV, drug addictions as well as her services to victimizers so they won't victimize again.
