Transitions are guaranteed.  Transitions are a part of life.  In fact, there is a book that is called "The Life is in the Transitions" and it's by Bruce Feiler; and how true is that?!.  Transitions are what make our lives what they are in the end.  We don't get where we are going by staying the same.  Now, it's what you do with your transitions that determine where you end up.  You can be in control of your transitions by being aware of when they are happening, knowing what your goals are, and making small choices throughout the transition to navigate yourself to the place you want to end.
