In this edition of Maverick University, Dr. Keith Gomez, pastor emeritus of Northwest Bible Baptist Church and founder of Providence Baptist College, has returned one year after his retirement from the pastorate. Dr. Gomez explains how Northwest was able to smoothly transition from his pastorate to Pastor Cavanaugh’s. He explains how the heart of the people can slowly be turned to the new pastor and how one can identify a good candidate for a co-pastor.
