This is a Transitions Show by Jumpstart This Productions. Our show is aimed at keeping 20-30-somethings informed, in touch, and on top of events, ideas, and happenings in an around Philadelphia. We aspire to to bring on guest who have had personal transitions in their lives, and through those experiences, help others in this time of great change. Our show is dedicated to those about to leave college, those who have just graduated from college, and those of us out of college for a few years.
