From the moment I met Mama Louise Petrossian Mokhof, I could tell she was an exceptional woman; the goodness inside of her just shone through. She is so warm, loving, and welcoming. It is through her fabulous nurse/songbird daughter, Aksinia Tweeddale, that I met her. Having encountered more of their awesome family, I can truly say they are beautiful people.

I was very nervous when it came to asking Mama Louise to create a piece due to the topic. I knew anything she wrote/spoke would come at a cost, a price that may be too high at a time that is already difficult. But here we are. Due to everything that is going on in the world, she somehow found the strength and courage to produce her piece ‘Translate Life’ with the hopes that it will help others. I struggle to find words to express my gratitude.
