Transparency Fitness Live Episode 14: Bob Tomb and Chris Jones - Morale Matters, HIT the Gym!

Listen Later

On this episode of Transparency Fitness Live, David sits down with Chris Jones and Bob Tomb to talk about their client-trainer relationship. Bob and Chris have known each other for several years, beginning their friendship at the coffee shop where Chris works. At the beginning of the pandemic, Chris was missing playing drums and felt he needed to do something for himself to help with morale so he set up a workout regimen with Bob. Chris wanted to train with someone instead of just noodling around at a gym. He was attracted to Bob's energy, which seemed like a good fit for his needs, and was also very intrigued with his model of training. Throughout the episode, the three of them discuss Bob's approach to training and compare notes on Chris's current training regimen compared to David's usual routine.
