This episode is a conversation that I had with Steve Boudreau about transparency in teaching and coaching.  Steve has been a mentor and role model of mine since I was in middle school, and I can now call him a colleague and a friend.  He is a high character guy who has been transparent with me since the day we met.  I really enjoyed this conversation as Steve had a lot of great anecdotes about how important it is to be transparent as a teacher, coach, and person.  If you're curious about why transparency is so important, give this a listen!
