It's been a while since I podcasted here. With a lot of things happening in my personal life, I feel like I too learn to embrace things that I did not know I will experience or even have. The title "Transparency with yourself" might come off as strange to some but I learned that it is something that we do automatically as we age even without knowing it is. Now, I am not a certified psychologist to talk about it in a more elaborate way. I just wanted to share my thoughts about it and how it related to some of my personal life and maybe yours too.

We are all human beings too. This may or may not be our 1st rodeo in this life, depending on your beliefs, so we have a lot of figuring out screwing up to do to learn from life.
