Chibuike is the Deputy Director of Media Programmes at Nigeria Health Watch and leads the Nigeria side of the <a href="https://www.solutionsjournalism.org/topics/africa-initiative" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">Solutions Journalism Africa Initiative</a>. 
 
Since 2021, the Africa initiative has worked with 30 newsrooms across Nigeria and trained more than 100 newsroom and freelance journalists to publish 200+ solutions-focused stories.
