Practices to help with imposter syndrome that work for ME:
- Speak what you are feel out loud
- Write down how you feel and read it out loud
- Mirror work: gazing at yourself in the mirror while saying how you feel and combating negative emotions with positive affirmations
- Move your body! Dance, exercise, stretching,etc
- Breath work and meditation
