Happy Black History Month & Happy First of February! 

I think its so beautiful when the first of a month lands on a Monday ( I love Mondays btw) 

“Frequency” is a new term; I don’t think that’s the clinical term, but it relates to VIBES! Your frequency will always attract your tribe, whether that relates to friendships, love, business partners etc.

Take a moment to reflect on how you feel after specific interactions with people. Do you feel drained ?! Do you feel creative, filled with energy?

How do you maneuver or deal with people/friends/ family that you feel no longer serve your soul’s journey ?!
