Transparent Tuesday on a Friday 😅
So this is a 2 part episode…(i used to do transparent/therapy Tuesday) A couple thing happened,why that stopped but i love most of my new mental health team. It’s kinda back just on whatever day i decide to post & call it Tuesday!
I will include links to their services (https://www.chrysalishealth.com/). But these are things i talk about.. the first part is just my caseworker but she is just as amazing! Being able to be honest with her helps me get resources i need. Also helps me find resources to pass along. She also offers a lil therapy lol not really but she is a great person to talk to!!
