Transport Minister Daryl Vaz has directed members of the Transport Authority and the Jamaica Constabulary Force to seize the vehicles of Public Passenger Operators who try to overcharge citizens.Mr. Vaz's directive comes amidst reports that operators who ply routes not severely impacted by Hurricane Melissa have increased their fares by 50 or 100 per cent.
