Tania introduces a new ongoing segment called "The Color Purple Chronicles" where she'll explore the Pulitzer Prize winning book, Oscar nominated movie and Tony nominated musical as well as it's author Alice Walker to illuminate a broader perspective on authorship, identity, ancestry, success, failure, spirituality and more. Tania talks to her friend Beth Wheeler a White woman who is the Mother of two young black boys, an activist and Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. She provides resources, personal perspective, advice and guidance for people considering transracial adoption or who are already on the journey and want to provide an inclusive environment for their children. Finally Tania shares an update on the incident of hate speech at Blue Harbor Resort, the impact of your emails and calls and a new call to action.
