In this week’s episode Anne talks to Simone Seales, a cellist and mental health advocate. They discuss Simone’s involvement in educating people around trauma, especially in art schools. They go on to talk about how experiencing the current upheaval around racial injustice is triggering trauma in the Black community, and reveal some of Simone’s personal coping strategies.
