On this week's episode of Wiggins Blvd., Angelica + Lou discuss two traumatic experiences that have occurred during their marriage. Trauma looks different to everyone, but it is vital that you lean heavy on God, your spouse/friend/family + THERAPY to address the trauma and help you through it! 

It is also vital that you establish a solid community to help you during those tough times. If it weren't for our community, those experiences probably would have torn us apart.
