Her innovative training model has equipped thousands of professionals globally, earning her international recognition and awards for her leadership. Katie's integrative approach enables her to provide keynotes, training and consulting services across various disciplines and industries. She collaborates with renowned organizations, including the University of Southern California, OhioHealth, Diabetes UK, and the State of Ohio, delivering impactful solutions tailored to their needs. Katie is the host of A Trauma-Informed Future Podcast, and an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve and Cleveland State Universities.
