With convenience culture on the rise, think watching Netflix and ordering Uber eats, we need to get back to our Neanthradal nomadic roots and go explore! Here are my hacks: 1) Reframe travel as a true need, not a want. 2.) Just do it! Make the booking and don’t pysc yourself out of the investment or time to travel, you need it and the benefits far outweigh the costs. 3.) Don’t be overwhelmed by travel, it can be as simple as a weekend getaway. The point is to just get out of your little box.
