Shannon talks about how he started the business while working a full time job, the big decision of leaving a steady paycheck to pursue his passion of starting a company, and the day to day tasks of operating a business with employees. It’s not all rainbows and roses working for yourself but Shannon surely does love it and is happy with how far he’s come.
