Episode 5 of A Writer Hits the Road features the host’s twelve-year-old nephew who has recently traveled to Jamaica, Belize, and Bahamas. He was also born in Taos, New Mexico and currently lives in Perry, Georgia, so he and his aunt enjoy comparing and contrasting all of these places. An effort to develop self-interests before traveling extensively and while traveling continues to be the prevailing theme of the series.
