Do you work real hard to look your best on vacation only to go YOLO and eat all the things? I think it is super important to be able to enjoy yourself GUILT FREE on vacation. In the past I really struggled with finding my balance between "Vacation Mode" and my regular routine at home. In the past I'd go on vacation and eat things simply because I was on vacation. I would disregard my hunger cues, eat a lot more food than usual and come home feeling...less than great. This would then lead to extremes like adding lots of cardio to my day, skipping meals and living off salads so basic it could be considered grass. Going on vacation soon? Give this a listen!
