This week's Travel Today with Peter Greenberg comes to you from the SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. It’s newly named, and completely renovated, but it’s actually the former Sahara Hotel and Casino, a place filled with history–and more than a few legends. Considered the last of the Rat Pack hotels, this site hosted performers such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., Dean Martin, and Judy Garland (just to name a few). After closing in 2011, the SLS Hotel took over the building in 2013 and undertook massive renovations. All of this and more on this week’s episode of Travel Today from the SLS Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
