An in depth review of Justin Bieber’s new album “Changes.” Over the years we have watched this young man grow up and you can definitely hear it in his music. Justin has made the transition from a pure pop star to an artist who can dabble in damn every genre. This album displays him bearing his soul in many songs and showing appreciation for others in others. The talent will always be there but the growth is undeniable.
