- “We are a great example of how the landscape created so many examples as long as you didn’t hide from it.”
- In the beginning, all courses had to be done in a classroom by law and by 2002, Chris’ dad brought him in for help on how to start figuring out the “internet” stuff.
- Chris tells a story of how he had to fire the Yellow Pages in 2011 because it was clear to him that the old way of doing things wasn’t creating results.
- When you focus on the customer and the end user and how to create value for them, you will always win.
