This week we celebrate faahi tapu he vagahau Niue or Niuean Language Week 2019 alongside almost 24,000 Niueans living NZ. Chair of the Vagahau Niue Trust Mele Nemaia spoke to Pacific Breakfast about the Niuean language in New Zealand and the significance of youth engaging with the language and culture.
