This week on the Suburban Kings, Omo goes off in admiration for Senator Harris after the Vice Presidential debate.  Evidently, Kamala Harris is one hell of a conversationalist. Besides that, this week we talk about self-care, not just the mental, but the routine and rituals that keep us all sane. I know some of the royalty members like do some retail therapy, while others like treating themselves with some R&R. Some like to dive headfirst into gains in the gym.
