It's so easy to want to cross the finish line to our goals right away, but most of the time that is not possible. You can't make massive moves or impact overnight.
When we treat our goals in the beginning of the year like a sprint, we are setting ourselves up to fail because we reach the end of the month and feel like we haven't accomplished the big thing yet.
So create action steps and tasks that you can celebrate along the way. Celebrate all the small steps towards your big goal because that will push you to want to keep going.
