However, if you hear about people merely talking about giving you free healthcare without giving you an idea on when it will happen, be vary wary.

This isn't to say free healthcare isn't important. It is to say healthcare is on the bottom of the list of many cash strapped counties, cities, and towns.

You want to make sure you can take advantage of what is available, but also understand the freebies might not be as impressive as they promise.
