Cities across the globe are getting hotter, one way to combat the heat is by planting more trees. Mein Baum dein Baum (my tree your tree) is a newly formed organization in Switzerland whose core mission it is to plant more trees along public streets in Basel. Mein Baum Dein Baum was invited to a reVyven live forum to present their project and discuss the possibilities, issues, and benefits to planting trees in the city.
Special thanks to Emma Thomas and Amanda Frantzen from mein Baum dein Baum (my tree your tree) for being our guest!
Note: the audio of questions from the audience was difficult to hear, therefore their questions were re-recorded for clarity in their original form. Apologies for the occasional fiddling with the microphone.
