After growing up on the west side of Chicago’s neighborhood called “L Town,” (due to the majority of streets starting with the letter L) James attended Plainfield Central High School. During his High School years, James began refining his craft as a Hip Hop rapper, and exercising his wordplay. James’ favorite artists in Hip Hop are Jay-Z, T.I., and Biggie Smalls. In his free time you will find J Aims watching Oklahoma Thunder, and Chicago Bulls NBA Basketball games on television.
