While the rest of the Trendsetters was getting ready for their battle on Earth, the Megalads journey to the center of the universe to gain power from the heart of the dimension. However, not is all as it seems. A mysterious Dyson Sphere, a hostile hospital, and a familiar face all appear, and the two heroes feel compelled to stop it.
