After some time off I decided to redirect the podcast to be more nutrition based, and we'll still be having other guests on, and talking about all the same things but I want the health and wellness portion to be the bigger focus here. So this episode I decided to look into some of the trendier diets that we see come in and out of the media and public eye, and discuss what things might be good, or sometimes dangerous about them.
