"Having visited Treviso briefly alone last year (and fallen in love with it) around a similar time in winter, and hearing this recording, i tried to imagine what i would have had in my headphones as I explored. What came was a very much less is more piece of piano to accompany the original melancholic rainy recording. 

"It's also the first time that I've written/recorded piano in a take, on one of my favourite sounding broken and slightly out of tune pianos here in Leeds.

"I hope it does the original recordist, and the people and city of Treviso justice."
