This week, Mark sits down with arguably the greatest lacrosse face-off specialist of all time. Trevor Baptiste is coming off one of the most prolific Premier Lacrosse League seasons - he was awarded both the Face-off Man of the Year (for the third time) as well as the Most Valuable Player. Originally from New Jersey, Trevor was a 4x First Team All-American, 2x Tewaaraton Finalist, 2015 National Champion at the University of Denver and the 1st Overall Pick in the 2018 Major League Lacrosse draft. His accolades do not stop at multiple Premier Lacrosse League All-Pro and All-Star selections, he plays for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League and represents Team USA in both box and field lacrosse, winning a 2019 World Lacrosse Indoor Bronze Medal and 2018 World Lacrosse Field Gold Medal. Listeners will find out what Trevor sees as the "most important thing...," how "lacrosse can change people's lives," and why it's critical to make "time to take care of your body and your mind."
