Trevor introduces us to Bioenergetics and describes 3 out of the 4 systems we use to convert energy from one form to another. He also touches on which forms are primarily used during specific types of exercise. Lastly, Trevor explains that different fitness goals and athletes have different needs, therefore, different energy systems should be utilized to reach different fitness goals.
