A holiday and exam hiatus: our players were busy wrapping up the semester, so last week, we welcomed assistant coach Trey Montgomery to the podcast. He and I have become good friends over the last few years. We share the same office, we are roommates on the road, and our wives have become close as well. In fact, all of our coach staff's families are close, which makes working at Penn awesome.

In this episode, Trey shares a lot about his playing career. He grew up in New Orleans, played at Sanford, then played professionally before becoming a coach. We also talked about some other sports he follows, what he's done to keep busy over quarantine, and how to guard Steph Curry.
