Ray Billingsley is an African-American cartoonist, and is best known for Curtis. Curtis is a cartoon strip that is still going on in your Sunday newspaper. Ray is been drawing since he was a child and still drawing and keeping up with time. Some of the characters he created and based on real people in his life.
