As this is Easter week, we explore one of the most significant trials in history – the trial of Jesus. And aside of the theological implications of this trial, this trial has impacted our legal systems today. From our concept of cruel and unusual punishment, to due process, to separation of church and state issues, this case has a lot of current appllications.
