Martin Gransden is Senior Viticulturist at Tamburlaine Organic Wines based in Orange, NSW. Martin was one of the industry partners in an AWRI trial of foliar spraying to boost tropical flavours in white wine. He spoke to Drew about why Tamburlaine was interested in this technique and how the trial went in his organic vineyard.
