Megan Prelinger is a cultural historian and archivist. She's the co-founder of Prelinger Library in San Francisco and the author of Inside the Machine: Art and Invention in the Electronic Age and Another Science Fiction: Advertising the Space Race.

Inside the Machine is a visual history of the electronic age that captures the collision of technology and art. It is a rich historical account of electronic technology in the twentieth century.
