Lizz Larouge is a poet, artist, and seer. In this episode, we dive deep into the mind of a true alchemist and discover how to fully activate and manifest dreams into reality.
In Lizz's words,
'For the past 10 years I have been writing poetry. What I consider to be downloads from soul and spirit. Over the past year I have carefully compiled a selection of my poems into a book which I have titled 'Dream Machine'. This project is self-published and comes direct to you from my heart. I have collaborated with one of my best friends, visionary artist Christina Mikelis who has brought my words to life in art form through her beautiful illustrations.
As co-founder of global community Colours of Love, I have been privileged to witness hundreds of people speak their dream and manifest it into reality. I stand before you today (virtually!) to activate my dream; To bring my poetry book Dream Machine into reality.'

In this episode, I'm joined by Inner Peace Coach, Author, Podcaster, and one of my oldest and dearest friends Alex Manzi for an inspiring chat about how he started his own self-development journey, his battles with Depression and Anxiety, and writing his 2020 self-published book 'In Search For Clarity'.
We dive deep into the creation of his podcast ‘In The Moment with Alex Manzi’ – formerly ‘Dreamer’s Disease’ – which hears the stories of inspiration guests, a discussion about everyday struggles, or sharing some of his own personal experiences with the aim to inspire you to make a positive change in the lives of others.
Alex's mission is beautiful 'I want to help as many people as I can, I want to inspire as many people as I can, I want to have conversations with as many people as I can. For me it’s important to understand that your past and previous experiences don’t define you. They are there to help shape you and help you to grow. The power of change in your life and the journey of greatness is within you. I’d like to invite you to step into the present and begin to live in the moment.' - Alex Manzi

My dear friend Charlotte Archer joins me for an inspiring chat about her journey to becoming a self-taught artist & using her art in inspiring ways to help others. We discuss her sobriety, following dreams, music scenes and carving out your own path.
Now based in Barcelona, after many years of living between Ibiza and London her work can be seen on the backdrops of clubs in Ibiza including Zoo Project, Cova Santa, Pikes Hotel, Amnesia & most notably the years spent creating the backstage area for Jamie Jones weekly 'Paradise' event at DC10.
In November 2018 where she discovered her love for painting people after an eye-opening volunteer trip to Uganda. She has since used the profits from her portraits to build housing and fund the educations of the Ugandan family who inspired her new direction.
Currently, Charlotte is working on a series of artworks inspired by her favourite musicians. To support her work or for private commissions; you can find her here @charlotte.archer.art
