Tricentis, a Mountain View, Calif.-based leader in continuous testing for DevOps, acquired SpecFlow, a Behaviour Driven Development solution for .NET developers around the world.

Created by TechTalk, a Vienna, Austria-based company that specializes in agile methods, agile development, and agile coaching, SpecFlow is an open-source Behavior-Driven Development framework for .NET.

With this acquisition, Tricentis adds support for BDD and .NET developers to round out its open source testing platform.

SpecFlow will continue to remain a free, open source offering for the software development and testing communities.
