Tricia Cullop, the head coach of the University of Toledo Women’s Basketball team, is the winningest coach in program history. Her dynamic leadership approach, emphasis on building a high-performing culture, and the ability to connect with players, coaches, and fans have contributed to her success during a 20-year head coaching career. Coach Cullop’s role as president of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) enables her to support coaches and promote women’s basketball on a national level.
