For the sixth episode of "We Are Milton", we spoke with Police Chief Scott Marquardt about Halloween and safety tips for community members while trick-or-treating. Trick-or-treat hours in Milton are always on Halloween, October 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
