When you go through life you will inevitably be wounded. You will make mistakes and people will make mistakes that cause emotional harm. What happens to a church when it is filled with people who have trauma and wounds that aren't allowed to heal? What happens when leaders are constantly reminded of their unresolved Trauma from their childhood or even church? It will limit God's ability to lead his people.
