Trigger Warnings, spoons, spoonies and spooning

This entire podcast, much life my entire life needs a trigger warning. I will discuss sensitive topics but I promise, my intentions are never to offend anyone. Humor is my way of coping and I hope to help you all cope by laughing with me as I expose some of my not so smart life choices as well as some pretty smart ones. Mental health is very important to me and I intend to incorporate it into this podcast using the spoon system. Enjoy!
