Ever wondered why it is so hard to accept new information. Turns out we have a natural inclination to fight against anything that challenges where or what we currently are. It's hard to accept things if it means we are or have been wrong. But freedom from chains, bondage, wrong ideas and ideals are all depended on us accepting God's truth and walking in it. Instead of being triggered, we have to be informed and changed. And to be informed and changed, we have to fight our natural urge to resist the truth.
