i’m definitely taking it vulnerable with this new season where i’m uploading voice memos i recorded on my journey as a newly single mom in the last year. Realizing im still healing through the reality of what our norm is, and it’s different. i find the beauty in it and i wouldn’t change a thing … but here was a vulnerability at its finest. so from one mama to another i see you and it’s okay to be. doing so amazing then BAM your triggered by something you can’t give your kids. it’s out of your control so let’s focus on what really matters. that’s this new foundation of mama and her babies 🫶🏻
