What triggers you ? we are all human and with the Oscar's situation with  Will Smith I think it taught us we are all human and that we all reach a boiling point, no matter how long you've been on your healing journey. Triggers are life's greatest teachers but if you don't learn the lesson within the Trigger it will keep repeating in your life.
