Due to a few recent triggers I had a little setback in recording podcast episodes. I wanted to share with you all some of my triggers & what I tend to do to get through them is talk them out. I’ve learned the more I try to hide how I’m feeling or pretend what I’m feeling isn’t real to worse I feel. And the harder it is for me to move through them. Triggers come & go. They sneak up on us. We can & will get through this.
